I had a wonderful stay at a secluded retreat in Maspalomas. The staff were incredibly friendly and the customer service was excellent. The infinity pool was amazing, offering a stunning view of the mountains and ocean. The food at the veranda restaurant was super tasty, and the garden had many lovely hidden spots to relax in. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and peaceful getaway.

They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The highlight for our family was definitely the tennis court and the pool area. We had so much fun playing pool, ping pong, and darts, and the kids especially loved honing their tennis skills. It was such a great way to spend quality time together as a family.

In my wife's opinion, it would have been great if there were more options for children's activities. While the pool and tennis court were fantastic, my children wanted a bit more variety in terms of entertainment.

The swimming pool and jacuzzi were great, just what we needed after a day of trekking and exploring. we loved the shuttle bus service that easily took us around the area.

The TV channels were limited and the movie selection in the cinema room was only in German.

For dads, it would be great to have a kids' club for even more family fun.

We had a blast playing pool, ping pong, and darts with our squad. And let me tell you, the tennis court was straight fire! We even felt like pros. And when we wanted to take a breather from all the action, we headed to Anfi Tauro Golf Course, which was a dope 23 km away.

The only thing we wished for was a better party scene for all us youngins. Don't get me wrong, the place was chill and peaceful, but we were looking for some crazy fun nights.

The customer service is excellent! The staff is super friendly, always with a smile on their faces and willing to help. The facilities are great: a gym and a beautiful swimming pool. What I enjoyed the most was the delicious food! At breakfast, there was a variety of food, and you could even get an omelet made to order! The hotel is secluded, allowing me to relax fully.

My only complaints would be that there weren't enough English TV channels in the rooms, and the vegetarian meal options were limited. The room could have been better as well.

The hotel lacked a kettle in the bedroom, which was a small inconvenience, but nothing too bothersome. Although the television had decent channels, it would have been preferable to have Netflix or a similar streaming service in the room.
